1.) Define the term “Moral Maturity”
moral maturity is a point when an individual has reached a point where they can make decisions which can be seen moral in a society also moral maturity means that a person can make decsions on higher level of a moral dvelopment theory.2.) Read the following article:
Discuss the reasons why the 25 year old man mentioned in the article would be regarded as having a lack of ‘moral maturity’.
The reason that the 25 year old man can be considered of having a lack of moral maturity would be because, he was trying to attack an officer who was trying to help the community and by him coming in with a knife and thinking through his actions was about to kill an officer for no particualr reason.
3.) Identify the differences between ‘morality’ and ‘immorality’.
morality means that an individual makes decsions which seems right to the society where as inmorality would be an individual who would make decisions which are condsidered wrong to the society.4.) Watch the following clip and describe the reasons why Governor Spitzer’s actions would be regarded as ‘immoral’.
Governer Spitzer’s action would be considered immoral because of the fact that he was seen as a saviour in the political world and was also seen as an average family man the three children and a wife, but when it was discovered that he was in a high paid prostitution chain were he was cheating on his own wife and this action is seen as immoral in eyes of the society.
